Correct me if i'm wrong but..

To spend Craft points toward the creation of an alchemical, masterwork, or magic item, you must have the requisite Craft feat or assist someone who does (see Assisting, below). Crafting nonmagical armor and weapons or simple items-tools, chests, saddles, and the like-doesn't require a Craft feat. Anyone who helps with the creation of such an item can contribute craft points at the normal rate.

OOC: After deducting the 220 gps to reimburse Eusebius for his party-related expenses (& Rowan would insist on this), that leaves each PC with 1956 gps for the adventure.

I'm thinking, Cold iron items cost twice normal price. Does that mean a cold iron MWgreatsword would cost 700 gps?

Rowan doesn't plan to return to the inn. I don't see him as the type. He will escort his brother home & then I'm thinking I'll put a notice in the general thread to see if any existing DM wants to hire him as he travels about. I guess he's missed Niobe's delimma at this point...

Juliana can't do the +1, but if he wants Mithril, she can cut him a fairly good deal, or just save him money on the chain shirt (which is 250, not 200 btw).

And yes, a masterwork Cold Iron greatsword is 700 as it is double.

Jules can cut these great deals for you:
Mithril Chain Shirt, 900 (not on your list, but might be worth considering)
Masterwork Chain Shirt, 200
Silvered Flail 80
Heavy Wooden Shield 6
Heavy Darkwood Shield 205 (normaly 257).

And she may take Tabin up on his offer to help her in the forge for a bigger discount, depending on how much she can raise.

Rowan wants the AC, not the reduced weight or ACP, so he's sticking with the magic. If Juliana's up for the Silvered Flail 80 & theHeavy Wooden Shield 6, that would be great. Rowan may yet shell out for that MW cold iron greatsword. I'll have to give it some thought. Thanks Bront

Another option is a Mithril Breastplate then, or even a standard breastplate. it's Medium armor that Barbs want.

Mithril Breastplate 3500 (Normaly 4200) (probably too expensive)
Masterwork Breastplace (Can be enchanted later for 1000 for an extra +1 magical) 300 (Normaly 350)
Normal Cold Iron greatsword 80

Flail and Shield should be good, I'll confirm once I get your full order
