Thief of Always said:
Post your ideas on what kind of books would be in a fantasy library.

The (Reputed) Magical Properties of Gems;
Woeful Wounds - A non-Divine primer on Health & Healing;
Hit 'Em Where it Hurts - a journal of dirty tricks (bloodstained, torn, and text from many different authors);
The Complete Family Tree of House ..... (Insert a name here - feel free to make it several volumes);
The Road Never Travelled - a Paladin's life (published posthumusly by his/her "friends");
[Untitled] - a scathing look at the party cleric's faith, or his enemy church. (outlawed in some places);

Others don't come to mid just yet....

If you've read any of the Harry Potter books, there are a few in there.

Like the Monster Book of Monsters, which bites people unless you stroke the spine just right, then it opens willingly.
