Buy/Find Scrolls

Hi,

how do you handle buying and finding scrolls for your spellcasters.

Is it possible to buy every scroll a wizard wants to cast? Or something like a 50% chance to buy a scroll wanted by the wizard?

Do you select the scrolls they find as treasure by hand? Is it enough to give them the scrolls by random treasure generation?

I make them give me blood and souls for my dark masters.

Currently, I'm restricting it to asking another spellcaster if she can make a scroll of a certain spell.

Otherwise treasure, or the occasional merchant with strange stuff may have random scrolls.

The best way to get a scroll IMC is currently to make it yourself.
