A campaign in which everyone plays a sentient steam-era train that cannot communicate with the beings controlling them. The party’s first challenge is to meet up.

ISIS: A Slave Market. The RPG.

Some locals here did design an rpg and got a shop owner to attempt to sell it for cheap. One of the options was a priest who had the ability to summon children. No one bought it and I spoke to two of the guys who designed it and apparently they had tested it. This was sometime between 2004 and 2008 when we had a FLGS.

None of the monsters want to do anything evil.

The orcs? They're just looking for a good cup of coffee.
The ancient evil dragon? S/he just wants to play a game of chess.
The ancient sealed evil? It just wants you to put a snooze button on its alarm clock.

Here's my proposal:

A manga-style campaign in which the PCs do nothing but wander around a high school run by dinosaurs, within which there are no combat encounters, no social encounters, no puzzles, and no points of interest besides a hidden treasure chest that contains 4d6 trinkets (determined pseudo-randomly through the use of a set formula).
