Channeling Chaotic & Lawful Energy

There's a sourcebook where it gives the option for clerics to channel lawful and chaotic energy (in the way that positive energy is "good" and negative energy is "evil"). Or at least, it points out that there are such sources of energy.

Does anyone know which sourcebook this is?

Well, first of all, positive/negative energy themselves are neither good nor evil. For example, a good aligned cleric can cast a negative energy based spell if that one does not have [Evil] descriptor.

With planar cleric substitution level in Planar Handbook P.30, you can use your turning undead ability to dismiss summoned creature. You gains bonus to the check if the target is of opposite alignment. That is the closest ability I can think of.
