Choosing powers for multiclassing

I do not have the book in front of me, and hence cannot directly refer to the text, but we had some debate over the power selection for multiclass characters. When you multiclass, and choose one of that classes at-will powers, can you choose their "class powers", like Mage Hand?

I assume you're talking about Paragon multiclassing, and no, you can't choose a class feature, even if it works like an at-will power. There's a difference between powers and class features that work like powers.
