I'm trying my hardest to incorporate as many Non-Adventuring NPCs in my city campaigns. I have used archetypes, but I still represent them in a rather clone-like manner, and we all know how bad cloning is, right? Anyway, I'm looking for any Experts, Commoners, Aristocrats, or any other city-type dwellers. If you have links or suggestions to getting standard stat blocks with fleshed out personalities, let me know. Any other good stat block generators OTHER than Jamis??

Sorry, I use Jamis. :D It seems to me like you need something for generating personalities rather than stats, though. Most of the time you won't need full stats for a commoner or expert. Just an estimate of their relevant stats. (Let's see, he's a 5th level blacksmith and well regarded, so he's probably got a total of +12 or so to his roll...)

The last one looks like it would be especially good for you since it focuses on both personality traits and quirks.

There's a lot of great stuff available at http://www.roleplayingtips.com as well, like these:

Hope these help you out.
