Community Support Subscription gone

My subscription is no longer associated with my user name. I've been doing the month thing for quite a while now and I see the payment was sent via Paypal on 12/01.

I'm guessing this is a result of the rebuild. Not urgent.

Your account appears active from this end. What is it that's not working correctly from your end?

There was nothing under my Paid Subscriptions. Plus, search wasn't working.

Both are now fine. Weird.
