Complete Divine Feat Question

I have a question concerning the Feat "Divine Spell Power". I might be interpreting it wrong (or i am dense) but does it imply, for example, that if i roll my turn check and get a 16, which on the turning check gives me a +2 caster level, that this new caster level applies to all variables including duration, damage, and spell resistance penetration for the next divine spell cast?

You are interpruting the feat correctly.

Explicit example: suppose a 14th level cleric uses that feat and increases his caster level by 2. He then casts an empowered flame strike....

Range: 260 feet (instead of 240')
Caster Check to overcome SR: 1d20+16 (instead of 1d20+14)
Damage: 1.5*16d6 (instead of 1.5*14d6.... flame strike is capped at 15d6)
If someone readied a (greater) dispel magic to counter: DC27 (instead of DC25)
