CON drain and Hit Points

Let's say that I'm a CON 10 wiz 2 who is elite (max HP at 1st level) and got lucky on second level's HP roll (4). I have 8 HP.

Let's then say that I got pinned by a vampire and drained 9 points of CON, leaving me with a CON of 1 for a -5 stat mod. Since I was dominated or charmed I didn't struggle, so there's no need to apply negative levels.

1. What are my current HP?

2. What is my HP maximum at level 2? (My guess is 2.)

You apply your Constitution modifier to each Hit Die (though a penalty can never drop a Hit Die roll below 1).

Therefore, your hit dice are :

4 - 5 = -1 < 1 -> 1

... each.

Since you've taken no damage, your current hit points equal your maximum hit points.
