No, I'm not going to scan 'em. Your right, that's too much like violating TSR/WotC's IP. I don't want to have them beating down my door or sending me a nasty letter. In reality, if I wanted this thread to be total d20 compliant, I'd have to also not include any of the character names and when converting old 2E magic items, not incude the description (like for the bracers from the previous post).
