Looking at other giants, 8 HD is far too low for Huge.

How about 16 HD for Huge, 32 HD for Gargantuan?

Well the Huge one will be a bumbling baby, so I'm fine with it having low HD for its size. Still, 8 seems too low.

I'd be OK going for 16-31 HD (Huge) and 32-49 HD (Gargantuan) or we could split the difference:

12-24 HD (Huge), 25-49 HD (Gargantuan), 50+ HD (Colossal) ?

15-29 HD (Huge), 30-49 HD (Gargantuan), 50+ HD (Colossal) ?

That sounds like a cue, so how's this for a start:

Shouldn't the regular Gargantua have Crush 8d12+30 or 8d12+20? Giving it 1.25 its Strength bonus doesn't seem right. I've opted for 1.5 Str for the examples below.

Add in the other skills for the juvenile?
