D&D 5E Converting Primeval Thule to 5e - which version is easier to do?

So, I'm starting a new 5e game on January and I'd like players to choose which setting we're gonna game in, and I think Primeval Thule is the kind of setting that'll appeal to most of them. I'm planning to get a PDF copy soon, but I'd like to know which version is easier to convert to 5e- PF, 13th Age or D&D 4e.

What do you think?

I bought the Pathfinder version, because I've already been converting Rise of the Runelords and had no problems. I don't even know to start with 13th Age lol...

I'd say Pathfinder, being more closely related to D&D 3.5 and thus 5E.

Agreed. 5e design is closer to 3e overall than 4e, so conversions are a little more straightforward. If you have both versions, though, it's worth looking at the 4e monsters to see if there are any cool special abilities worth converting.
