core class search

Does anyone know if there is, in any published work out there, a d20 core class (20 levels) that meets the following criteria?

1) A fighter's BAB bonus (+1/level)
2) Diplomacy as a class skill
3) The ability to gain levels in the class, gain
levels in another class, and then regain levels in
the first class again (as written the paladin does not meet criteria #3).
4) Compatibility with a "D&D" campaign (i.e. not d20 modern)

If you know of such a class, please post and indicate which book the class is published in.

Umm... just make him a fighter with Diplomacy as a class skill instead of, say... ooh, Climb?

This is kinda a no-brainer. I don't understand why people get so hung up about skill swaps. It IS, after all, in the rules (p. 94 PHB).

The Cosmopolitan Feat is a great feat, and would probally be a better solution then a new core class. Its not as if the Fighter Class does not have enough feats to spare a general one for Cosmopolitan.
