Crazy Dungeon-Crawl

My friends and I are going to be playing an anything-goes dungeon-crawl. Every dungeon level has a different DM. We'll be rotating to keep things fresh. Anyway, we can be pretty much anything we want.

Any fun suggestions of what I could be? I was thinking about some kind of four-armed iron golem (I'd have to adlib rules and a progression for it, but hey!)

Are you sking what you should put in your level, or what you should play?

I already have the level I'm gonna use. I just have no idea of what I should play.

As you come down the steps, you hear strange music echoing off the walls. As you get nearer to music you see a line of orcs, kobolds, goblins all standing in straight line off to left side of corridoor. They ignore and appear to be chatting about the band. As you enter the chamber (did you pay the cover), you are surprised to see three elementals on a raise platform. Water is not present.
