Here's another dragon, but it's not mine; a guy named Witch asked me to reformat his dragon for better reading on the WotC boards (you might know this one, RavinRay). So any merit goes to this guy, not me. I think it's a good addition to this board too.
Here's the Truth dragon, a dragon immersed in the truenames:

The dragons color seems... unusual, somehow. It looks light brown, somewhat resembling the taint of worn parchment – now that you think about it, the smell resembles that of parchment as well. The entire body seems covered by ancient writings - you recognize some parts as written in Draconic, others in Celestial, and still others in languages you do not understand. His head is covered with a single, glowing word that seems most incomprehensible, and over all, unpronounceable – arfa'za-naloro'tokoa-finya
. You can only guess at the words' meaning. As the body moves, his skin seems to ripple.
Truth dragons are protectors of ancient lore, some of it long forgotten. Their breath weapon has developed in such a way as to not harm the secrets of old. Well versed in the true language of the universe, the truth dragons can manipulate it directly - they possess a knack for power of truespeech. The universal word for truth glows on their heads, covering the entire face.
These masters of truespeech gladly help people, should they think they really require it. Usually, however, the creatures do not realize their assistant was a dragon. Furthermore, unlike other dragons, truth dragons do not enjoy a hoard of jewelry and gold. They find it a waste – when they do gain such prizes, they either donate it to charity, or trade it in order to increase their desired hoard – a library that in many a case surpasses the ones possessed by kings. These creatures are utterly incapable of speaking something they know to be false – their mouths will not take the desired shape. While the creatures themselves agree to this, this is actually a racial prohibition. It is not merely a lack of desire, it is a lack of possibility. They cannot do it. While they may manipulate the truth somewhat, even this only happens on rare occasions - most truth dragons feel guilty about setting someone off on the wrong path. Above all, a truth dragon despises pointless waste – he tries to preserve, not to ruin. He tries to prevent the destruction of magical items – unless they are known to be evil – or even undo that destruction, with his powers over truespeech.
Combat
In combat, a truth dragon attempts to control the battle with his many utterances, shaping the terrain as necessary, preventing other creatures from attacking him, while doing so. He suppresses or takes away enemy magical items as much as possible, though he does not wish to destroy them. However, if some creatures are adamant about destroying ancient lore, or his library, the truth dragon will not hesitate to destroy these creatures, and even their items.
Alternate Form (Su) : A truth dragon can assume any animal or humanoid form of Medium size or smaller as a standard action three times per day. The dragon can remain in its animal or humanoid form until it chooses to assume a new one or return to its natural form.
Breath Weapon (Su) : A truth dragon has two types of breath weapon, a cone of magical fire and a cone of paralyzing gas. Creatures within a cone of paralyzing gas must succeed on a fortitude save or be paralyzed for 1d6 rounds plus one round per age category. The fire magically ignores books, parchment and similar holders of ancient lore.
Frightful Presence (Ex) : A truth dragon can unsettle foes with its mere presence. The ability takes effect automatically whenever the dragon attacks, charges, or flies overhead. Creatures within a radius of 30 feet x the dragon's age category are subject to the effect if they have fewer HD than the dragon. A potentially affected creature that succeeds on a Will save (DC 10+ ½ dragon's HD + dragon's Cha modifier) remains immune to that dragon’s frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failure, creatures with 4 or less HD become panicked for 4d6 rounds and those with 5 or more HD become shaken for 4d6 rounds. Dragons ignore the frightful presence of other dragons.
Known Personal Truename: A truth dragon knows his own personal truename. He can pronounce it automatically once per day per 2 age categories.
Spell-Like Abilities: 3/day: -
Scrying (juvenile and older),
Sepia Snake Sigil (adult and older); 2/day –
Explosive Runes (old and older); 1/day –
Unname (great wyrm)
Skills: Truespeak is considered a class skill to truth dragons. Furthermore, they have a +5 racial bonus on it, as well as an additional +20 racial bonus to speak their personal truename.
Tongues (Su) : Truth dragons can speak with any creature that has a language, as though using a tongues spell (caster level equal to the truth dragon's Hit Dice). This ability is always active.
Truespeech (Sp) : A truth dragon knows and speaks utterances as a truenamer of the level indicated in its age category description.
