Creepy Atmospheric Music suggestions?

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works 85-92 worked well for me during one late-night Cthulhu game.

Some Speedy J tracks might also fit the bill nicely.

ETA: Aphex Twin did an album under the name Polygon Window, the album was called Surfing on Sine Waves. A whole album of pretty disturbing beats. Like this

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds' "Red Right Hand" hits some real creepy buttons. It's not instrumental-only or "ambient," though.

-Hellraiser Soundtrack
-Bram Stoker's Dracula Soundtrack (1992)
-Hamlet Soundtrack (by ennio morricone)--this one has plenty of atmospheric and moody tracks
-Crieg, The Peer Gynt Suit (some of this is light and too familiar but there are some really moody sections).

I haven't made any recent purchases with CDs so that is my latest. But most horror movies have pretty good track selections for this sort of thing. I would suggest paying close attention when you see movies that have good atmospheric pieces.

Especially if you've seen the movie.

If you want creepy, try Fantomas.

There are vocals, sort of. Mostly just screams. Usually very creepy screams. Which should fit the bill quite nicely!
