Critique my Level 7 Solo Controller : Mabine

Mabine is a primordial fey spirit of decay that has been built up a lot in my campaign recently, and I'm going to have them unexpected run into her for my first solo fight.

She is based partially on a Lamia, but heavily edited.

Claws of Darkness (minor at will) Cold
Reach 2; 2 attacks; +11 vs AC; 1d6+2 cold damage, ongoing 5 cold (save ends)

Devour Essence (standard; sustain move; at will) Healing, Necrotic
Reach 5; +11 vs Fortitude; 3d6 +2 damage. When Mabine sustains this power, Mabine deals 3d6 +2 damage to the target (no attack roll required). The target must be within this powers range for Mabine to sustain the power.
Target cannot be healed while this power is being sustained.

Putrifying Bolt ( Standard; at will) Necrotic
Reach 10; +11 vs Reflex; 2d6 +2 Necrotic damage. The target takes a -2 penalty to all defenses and attack rolls (save ends).
