Can I get a bit of feedback on these spells? Please note I'm not a master at this kind of stuff, so please be gentle! ^^
Resplendence
Transmutation
Level: Sor/Wiz 4

Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level
Your physical beauty hones to level devastating to those who look upon you. Any humanoid creature within 60 feet who looks directly at you must make a Fortitude save or be permanently blinded as though the 'blindness' spell. You may suppress or resume this ability as a free action, although you remain unbearably lovely.

Your appearance takes on an ethereal quality. When roused, your dismayed and anguished appearance can stagger those around you. As a standard action, you can target any humanoid creature within 30 feet with a look. The target must make a Fortitude save or be stunned for 2d4 rounds. You can suppress this ability as a free action.

Duration: Concentration, up to one round per level
You can absorb knowledge from written materials like a tome or scroll with a simple touch. Each round, you may touch one written document and gain understanding of the knowledge within as though you completed reading it in full. You must know the written language of the text, otherwise the spell has no effect. Essentially, you gain insight without the benefits of meticulous study, enhancing your research abilities.
This spell provides no benefits for preparing or memorizing magical texts, such as a wizard's preparation of spells. It cannot operate against magical items that must be read to be activated (such as magical tomes and books).
Focus: A polished "eye" of citrine and azurite.
