Many of the powers should be similar- it doesn't matter that one Nephilim's armored hide comes from a draconic or elemental ancestry, for instance, assuming they're mathematically identical in value.

Others might be a bit more different- is there a meaningful difference between a Nephilim with a firey breath weapon derived from a dragon, an elemental or some fiend in his bloodline? (IOW, you have to ask at what point does biological dilution reduce dragonfire, elemental fire, and hellfire into functionally identical supernatural effects.)

Well... The Nephilim's background isn't really Draconic or Elemental anyways, it is just Angelic. Since they are just the sons and daughters of mortals and rebellious Angels.

So it be more less on which God, and more on how different each Angel is from eachother depending on the God they used to serve. Like how different would a Angel of Pelor be from an Angel of Bahamut.

Since there all Angels is it identical, or are there differences. That is the issue more then if there are mechanical differences between different abilities.

Which is why I am thinking of having it only diverge at Epic, since before that it is all simply Angelic feats that all Angels no matter what God they served would have. But, when a Nephilim reaches Epic since they are nearing the level of Godlyhood they develop abilities that the specific God has.

So... A Nephilim who's Angel parent was a Angel of Vecna can begin to know the secrets of the world, even the Gods. A Nephilim who's Angel parent was a Angel of Avandra can manipulate luck for itself and others.

Fallen Seraph, it's looking better! I'm also inclined to include these guys IMC. :)

Aura Sense is a good change, note that it affects non-nephilim allies within 5 squares (using Elf's >Group Awareness< as a model).

+5 Perception for >Wary-Eyed< is overpowered. I see what you're goin for, but no other race gets a skill boost like that. How about something like this based on the Alertness feat?

Wary of Divinity: You don't give angels, clerics, paladins, or other divine servants combat advantage on surprise rounds.

Sounds, good and thanks :)

Hmm... To consolidate that more. Since all those would have some manner of Radiant Power. How about:

Wary of Divinity: You do not give combat advantage to opponents with access to radiant damage.

That way too, once they attack. The DM can declare the Nephilim's sense register a divine presence and are able to move quicker, etc.

I am beginning to think of feats now that we have some idea of what they look like, so far got:

Heroic Tier:

Pelor's Stolen Light: - Nephilim, Parentage of Pelor - You gain Wizard Cantrip Light

Paragon Tier:

Empowered Astral Radiance - Nephilim, Astral Radiance - Astral Radiance uses d10s (obviously ripped off Empowered Dragon Breath)

Burning Fury: - Nephilim - Target hit with radiant power gains vulnerable radiant 5
