Does non-physical damage mean anything other than slashing, piercing, or bludgeoning? If so, that seems like way too much of a weakness, given that 95+ percent of spells and supernatural attacks don't do those damage types.

Exactly. Let's start with a bit of background: that weakness for the Portfolio came to my mind due to a monster seen in a past campaign. That monster was an avatar of the Outer God Iod (Iod). Iod has a peculiarity: it starts without a body and go on absorbing everything and everyone around it, growing in an infinite avalanche effect. But he cannot absorb minds. The avatar had the same trait: immune to all physical damage but vulnerable to mental damage. The problem is that in pathfinder and 3.5, unlike 5e, there is no psychic damage. I decided to give him vulnerability to all non-physical damage but as you said it is too unbalancing. I am open to suggestions.

3.5/ PF have Phrenic Damage and psionics, I'd make him subject to force, untyped, divine (profane), alignment based or phrenic damage and subject to magical effects but not subject to physical effects including nonmagical varieties of things. So. Depending on how you do it, it'll either be able to be damaged by magical fire or whatever but nonmagical fire he'd be immune to, basic elements are still just parts of the physical world after all. So either that, or he's immune to all damage magical or otherwise (in the case of elemental damage) unless it's from a psychic, magical (in the case of untyped damage, alignment based damage, positive or negative energy and force damage) so he'd be immune to any thing he naturally encounters but magic, untyped damage types, random cosmic energies or divine or profane damage, whatever, or alignment based damage.

Good ideas. You give me an idea for a boss. For the Portfolio (that cannot be so powerful) i will give the extra damage to Force damage.

Inhabitants: Hunting creatures like apex predator will be attracted to these realms.

Hunt Template (Single Portfolio)

Appearance: The immortal looks extremely athletic and slender.

NB. When the immortal adopts a different form (through Shapechanging or Wildshape for instance), this trait is also adopted.

Demeanor: The immortal always seems to scrutinize and evaluate who is in front of him even in an unnerving way, trying to understand if he is a prey or a predator.

Hunt Template (Double Portfolio)

Appearance: Same as the single portfolio except the immortal’s looks the quintessence of physical might

Demeanor: Immortals with the double Hunt Portfolio are utterly obsessed with the hunt. Their eyes perpetually focus into the horizon, as if they are lustily searching for potential prey.

The Monster of Legend template? For an animal companion? Did you mean the Legendary Beast template?

The Legendary Animal from the EB is too much for a Granted Power (you can give him to you companion with a Divine Ability)
The Monster of Legend with a CR +2 (although I think a +3 or a +4 if you choose abilities that are very optimized with the base creature is more correct) its more balanced respect of the +6 plus 1/3 CR per extra HD of the Legendary Animal

I agree, the Legendary Animal template is strong as a mf, still just a divine ability, "Legendary Companion" but it's pretty overpowered
