D&D Miniatures tournaments and championships

D&D Miniatures is still alive and kicking, thanks to the DDM Guild. They are even organizing qualifiers, national championships and three continental championships that finally give one player the title of 2010 D&D Miniatures Constructed World Champion (and the eternal glory that accompanies it). You can find all about the procedure and locations in this article.

And you don't know what to bring? Don't worry, our 2009 World Champion is working on a series of four articles that shows you what, according to him, are the best warbands out there... Last week he talked about Borderlands, this week it is Civilization time!

The previous post I told you about the international qualifiers, the final announcement for the North American qualifiers is online too.

And we've covered Underdark and Wild in the state of the metagame article series. We hope to see you at one of our local qualifiers.

One thing though: the DDM Guild has released new Floor rules, that contain a new banned miniature list. The Delver Sergeant, Witchknife are added, the Eternal Blade stays there. The DDM Guild is thinking on how to bring back those pieces, but this decision was necessary at this time.
