Another resource, my 100 d20-Modern/Future NPCs thread in the Rogue Gallery forum here on Enworld (see link in my sig).

At this time there is few stat-blocks, but the goal is to bring them to 100 and even beyond. So as time passes, this becomes a more and more useful resource. Of course, it would be nice if you would contribute any d20 modern or d20 future NPC that could be used as villains or everyday life people.
