Welcome old friends and newcomers!

The second* ENWorld DC Area gameday is set for Saturday, March 15th. For those that attended the previous iteration, we're open to suggestions on how to make this one even better.

NOTE: The location has changed. Updated info on the gameday forum and at the website.

Cool. It'll be about 6 weeks after Winter Fantasy too.

So... where was the last one? And what happened to the one that was running semi-annually at the University of MD?

The last one was in the same location as this one - the (fantastic) party room in Rodrigo's apartment building in DC (right by the Cleveland Park metro iirc). There's plenty of room for 6 games in each session and it's rumored we'll have a functional kitchen for the serving of goodies and coffee and tea this time around! That makes me happy. You can find all the location and other pertinent information at the DC Gameday Website (www.dcgameday.com).

The gameday at UMD probably still happens, but the university gaming club has taken charge and the ENW crew isn't involved in the planning anymore. Personally, I started to feel a little alienated and so a handful of people from ENW decided to plan one of our own... and the October gameday was a WILD success.

Call for Games!

Ok, it's getting to be that time. We're going to do things a little differently, this time. We're going to have GMs post their games first, then have player signups start on Feb 15th. Hopefully, this will avoid the crush for the first games that get posted and so forth.

So, if you want to run a game, please hop over to the official DC Gameday forum and post your write-up.

Bummer. We're trying to provide as much advance notice as we can so people can schedule, but there's no way to accomodate everyone's schedule, unfortunately. We just have to pick a date and hope it works.
