Yeah, I was initially looking more for fluff or theme alteration -- I just purchased a load of HarnMaster (HM3, Magic, Religion, Kaldor, 100 Bushels of Rye, Olokand Castle, and several bestiary articles) and thought that some AD&D/D&D adventures had good Harn potential if de-magicked appropriately.

Old Drew Id, I like your list. Some modules have notes on scaling them up or down, or adapting them to certain worlds, but I'd love to see modules have sidebars on reducing the magic level, converting to different campaign styles, and perhaps even offering quick switch-outs, like the OP mentioned, to freshen up or disguise the module so it can be used more than once.
