Dervish dance and flanking

Dolza

First Post
If you have levels in Dervish and enter your dance can you get flanking as you move about the battlefield. I'll try and be more specific below. If one of my bad guys is fighting one of the pc, can the dervish move around behind the pc for one attack and get the benefit of flanking? I think the dervish would get the atk on D2 but not D1 or D3 since those are not flanking spots....right?

D3

Thanks for any help, i've got to run this tonight so let me know what you think!

Mike Mearls wrote up a nifty PrC once - long time before the Dervish - that could also make a full attack while moving.

The neat thing about it was that if he attacked a creature from two positions in the same full attack that were opposite each other, the second attack gained the benefit of flanking with himself... :D
