"Discipline of Death" Feat

looks like an interesting build ;)
I actually like nearly unkillable more than infinite damage builds ;)

disciple of death is just the icing of the cake... so no problems here...

I always thought it worked the same as a "to hit" roll, you have to get a natural 20 in order for the effect to happen.

It seems like everyone else says its different, so thats kind of cool. Really ups the value of this feat for sure.

The specific rule is that you get to spend a healing surge on a "roll of 20 or more". Given that you can't roll better than a 20 on the die alone, it's meant to include bonuses.

I'd take the '+2 to all saving throws' feat from essentials before I'd go human just to get +1 to all saving throws.

Disciple of Death is very delicious. And yes, you only need to hit 20 or above, not natural 20.
