She grins as she tacks the piece of paper to the notice board, challenge accepted and fulfilled to write a poem on cheeses. Of course it's about cheese, the letters beginning the lines prove it.

Could I compare you to a summer's day?
Hardly! You mean much more to me by far,
Even your sharpness won't drive me away,
Do you not see? it makes you what you are.
Deny me not, you suit my taste too well
And others treat you with too small respect
Regarding you as cheap to buy or sell.
Could I do that? I won't, it's incorrect.
Having you here gives richness to my day,
Each crumb I'm granted 's like a piece of gold,
Each touch so smooth makes me forget my way
So I've indulged more than I've ever told.
Ever I'll want you, in that much I'm true,
So do not leave me else you leave me bleu.

The old man walks to the board and reads to note...
o O (Ahh its from Lady Kathryn, let see....)
He starts to scribe something down....

Old i am,i have seen it all,
lost wars where won and castels fall.
Dont we dream and dont we pray,
can we wake up,or will there be no other day?
Hope is all, when all is lost,
even prayers have its cost.
Every day hope fades away,
soon there is nothing leaft to say.
Even memorys start to lie,
short before your last dreams die!

Give me a last smile, one last kiss,
only one night together, show me what i´ll miss.
Under the nightly sky we will stand and wait,
dont hesitate to long, when the night ends, its too late.
All that you give me is one last kiss, tears are running,i know what i´ll miss......

The old man walks back to the window and gazes at the sky....
