I know there is Shugenja and Spirit Shaman from Complete Divine, and Mystic from the Dragonlance campaign setting, but are there any others?

There's the favored Soul from Complete Divine, although they get slightly more spells known than the Sorcerer, and actual class features, to boot.

3 good saves, Weapon Spec, wings... and about two spells more known per level than a sorcerer. Yupp, they rock. No turn undead sadly... but you can take two or three levels of the prestige paladin in UA, that helps.

Also note that the Favored Soul has split spellcasting stats. Charisma for spells per day and max level, and Wisdom for DC. For a buffing/healing FS this isn't a problem, but if you want to cast offensive spells, you will have to plan your stats accordingly.

Sadly he can't. The prestige paladin has turn undead as an entry requirement.

Good catch, but other PrCs will work. The Inquisitor grants turning and does not stipulate that as a requirement.
