Does someone know anything about this painting?

My grandparents had a painting I always liked and when they passed it was the only thing I had asked for. It's a painting of an older man with a beard sitting at a table praying. There's a bible on the table and a small loaf of bread. I had always assumed it was just a painting done by a local talent that they had bought at a church fair or something. Then I'm watching re-runs of Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel and in the kitchen of the boat Northwestern, there on the wall is the painting!

So, does anyone know the name of this painting and/or who it's by?

My parents had this painting as well. I asked for it when I got married (they had stopped hanging it). I also gave a print to friends as a house warming gift (their parents always had a copy as well).

I always thought it was called "Daily Bread"... here's what I found just now on the web:
