If my epic star pact warlock wears an epic Cloak of Survival, does the cloak's resist 15 cold resist the 2d10 damage he takes for sustaining Doom of Delban?

Also do the multiclassing feats satisfy the prerequistes of epic destinies.

No - sustaining the power deals cold damage to your enemy, but untyped damage to you.

Also do the multiclassing feats satisfy the prerequistes of epic destinies.

A character who has taken a class-specific multiclass feat counts as a member of that class for the purpose of meeting prerequisites for taking other feats and qualifying for paragon paths.

Epic Destinies aren't mentioned. So a 21st level fighter who has the Arcane Initiate feat is considered a 21st level wizard for the purpose of taking feats, but he doesn't qualify for the Archmage Epic Destiny.
