Dive - Can only be used while falling into or adjacent to a creature's space. Dive powers have their damage scale with X which is the number of feet you fell divided by ten. If you miss only acrobatics can reduce or prevent the falling damage. After the attack you land in a space adjacent to the target.

Reckless Dive
You aim to break your fall on your enemies skull

DailyMartial, Weapon, Dive, Reliable

Hey GeneralHenry, just saying I can't wait to see what else you have in store for the dragoon class!
A couple of critiques though.

-Requiring a jump check for the abilities with the jump keyword is a neat idea, but it kinda makes it impossible for early level players to ever use these abilities effectively, since their roll modifiers will be extremely low it will give them two dice rolls to botch instead of just one. Why not give each ability a set range that increases with each tier of abilities (range 5 for heroic, 15 for paragon, 20 or 30 for epic. This would probably apply to at-will powers too.) Make the attack roll count as the
jump check, if the attack roll succeeds then the jump does too.

-Suggested utility power: Skipping Stone. Description: You are nimble on your feet, and use an enemy's head as a platform to propel your next jump. Encounter Power, minor action. Trigger: A jump check lands you in or adjacent to an enemy. Effect: Make a jump check as a bonus move that does not incur Opportunity Attack
, dealing 1d6+Dex mod to target.
If bonus check fails: You land adjacent to target, dealing half damage.

-Dragoon wing is way too cool of a paragon path to be limited to Kobolds and Dragonborn! It could easily fit into the D&D universe, too.
Dragoon Wing: "I am the might of the Bahamut, feel the burning breath of justice!"
Prerequisite: Dragoon class, worships Bahamut.
Your constant vigilance in imitating Bahamut's most prized creation has pleased him greatly, and he blesses you with some of the physical features of the mighty dragons so that you may destroy evil with greater might.

All just suggestions, though. Awesome class, all in all!
