Druid/Divine Mind

A divine mind who takes the communiction mantle has the following mantle power:

While psionically focused, you gain a +2 competence bonus on Diplomacy checks and can use the Diplomacy skill towards them more quickly and skillfully than others. When making a rushed Diplomacy check as a full-round action, you take only a –5 penalty on the check.

Now, here is a question. If one was a multiclassed druid/divine mind, would you allow a player to use his mantle power on his wild empathy checks as well? Meaning gainng +2 on Wild Empathy checks and being able to use it as a full round action at -5. Seeing wild empathy functions just like a Diplomacy check made to improve the attitude of a person as stated in the rules.

Is this wheezing too much?

Even if it's not technically legal (which IMHO it's not, since "works like" isn't the same as "is equivalent for the purpose of this ability"), neither is it particularly powerful.

Given the weakness of Divine Mind, I'd probably allow it (as a House Rule).

How about for game balance, that it does not work on diplomacy AND wild empathy. The player can decide which one it work on.
