Having offered a brief prayer to Dol Dorn, Titan starts checking the kobolds for something useful to loot and comments: Nasty critters, these kobolds. Don't need no reason to attack people.

"Who knows what such rabble wants? Probably just wanted to rifle through our supplies ad take our money.", Dalaran says with an air of disdain.

"Maybe they are but robbers. But I doubt there would be much money to be made waylaying this old road."
Khoros notes with a sceptical view of the derelict surroundings, wiping sweat and blood from his forehead.

"There could be other reasons for their presence, and it wouldn't hurt to look more closesly for clues."
Walking over to the two kobold swordsman he initially attacked, Khoros pilfers their belongings for a possible lead on their motives and origin.

"It's not like such things need a reason to attack, I think. And they were probably planning to eat us or something." Delia comments, as she starts cleaning her dagger, scrubbing hard to get the kobold goo off and return them to a blank and shiny state.

"Did you hear the crying."
Khoros drops the Dragonscale he had studied inconclusively into the blood-specked grass. Turning slowly clockwise the Half-orc tries pinpoint the direction.

"I think.. I think it is coming from... from somewhere over there!"
Hardly waiting for a confirmation, Khoros hefts his notched axe and sets off after the mysterious sound.

Delia swiftly follows Khoros as he seeks out to find the source of the crying.

"Not sure if it's crying or not, it sounds like it, but why should anyone be crying here?"

Following the source of the cries, you find an elf woman dressed in peasant’s clothes tied up next to a tree. At her feet is a turned-over basket and a scattering of purple flowers.

"Oh, thank the Sovereign Host! I thought I was dead or worse. My name is Delphina Moongem, and I’m a flower merchant from Winterhaven. I was out here picking violets when I came across the kobolds. I would be most grateful if you untied me and escorted me back home." She says as soon as she sees you.

"Flower.. ? uh.. I .. well, I mean my name is Khoros."
Kneeling down next to Delphina and unsheathing a small working knife, Khoros taps the embroidered Dragonhouse emblem on his hide armour, leaving a smear of kobold blood on the faded Dragonne crest.
"Khoros of House Tarashk."

Shaking his head in disbelieve, the Half-orc cuts free the bound women.
"Isn't this foolish. Out here. All alone. For flowers of all things? Either way.. this is Delia and.. well.. let me introduce you to all of our companions over near the road. We are heading for Winterhaven and would insist on making sure you would return home safe."

While cutting her free, you notice that her wrists are not chafed from the rope.[/sblock]

"Thank you." She says. "I don't know how else I would have gotten out of there."

"Strange... I never thought peasant women had the time to wander hours away from their villages alone picking flowers... shouldn't she be gardening or scrubbing something...", Dalaran mutters to himself.
