Eberron, races Q.

Has anyone hear played a game world called Eberron before? ;-)

Are races from PSI Expanded book, Planetouched races allowed in Eberron. I can not find them in the campaign or Races Of books.

Also,

Which would you choose as a PC:
a) warforged artificer
b) elf (or asimarr) mystic thuerge (wizard, maybe specialist/cleric)
c) elf (or asimarr) mystic thuerge (sorceror/divine soul)

If you look through Players Guide to Eberron, there's at least one place given for most of the races introduced in the Races of series and the XPH races. I'm inclined to keep Eberron to the core 6 + Eberron 4 + hobgoblins, orcs, and drow for LA +0/+1 races, but that's just convention; there's certainly plenty of support for doing things other ways.

Quick answer: If you want them to be. They are mentioned in other books (Explorer's Handbook or something like that, I forget), and there is an NPC aasimar ship captain (he has white parrot wings).

Oh, and I would choose to be A.

Goblins seem to have a starring role too. And bugbears, but that gets into racial hit dice territory. Drow are not native to Khorvair, so they would be very, very unusual as a PC unless you are on Xen'drik. They probably were not the most appropriate choice for races of Eberron (since it seemed to be Khorvair-focused) I think duergar have been introduced, and I think they have been placed on Khorvair. I definitely could be wrong on that.

A. Solid combo.

I believe it is Races of Eberron that also has the "psionic version" of a Warforged. They treat it as a seperate race.
I thought being a psiforged was a matter of taking the right 1st level feat.
