Err… who does an Elvin Pally worship? The powers of Law? Or am I missing a Elvin god someplace?

Well, there's Corellen Larethian in the PHB. Possibly Elhonna as well. And the Forgotten Realms pantheon has so many you can't walk five feet without tripping over one...

Elven paladins generally worship the same gods as other elves. There are no mechanical restrictions upon paladin deities like there are for clerics.

Heck, an elven paladin could worship Gruumsh One-Eye if the elf was crazy enough to think that was a good idea. No (mechanical) problems would occur for worshiping a god that includes "exterminate the elves" on his to-do list.

Whatever non-evil god he wishes to.

Paladins don't get their powers from any god specifically, and there's no requirement they be within one alignment step of any god they choose to venerate.

Correlon Larethian and Sehanine Moonbow are generally the most appropriate of the major Seldarine for a elf paladin to worship/venerate.
