ERSP's new sci-fi themed category is now up and running. Our first release, the Precursor Scout Ship is on sale now for $5.99.
The Scout Ship has a variety of options for printing. There
are single 8.5” x 11” sheets with an exterior view, customizable
interior view, and damaged exterior view. There are also
15mm versions that use our fold-and-flip feature, 1” hex
counters, and bigger fold-and-flip versions for those who have access to
large format printers.
Here's a brief description of the ships function:
The Precursor Scout Ship is a small alien vessel that
is deployed to star systems in search of sentient
life-forms. It is a light craft that holds a crew of 3,
although modified versions capable of supporting a
special task force of 6 to 8 crew members have been
reported to exist.
The Scout Ship’s prime function is to collect specimens
of intelligent life on other worlds. Although
the ship has the capacity to store whole specimens
of small to medium size, the automated probe
typically removes only the organs needed for study.
These are usually the brain, blood, and other vital
organs. Occasionally tracking devices or other types
of monitoring equipment are placed into the specimens,
and they are allowed to go free.
The ship has no known weapons system, but relies
on its speed, maneuverability, and advanced
cloaking system to avoid any confrontation. They
are lightly armored and can be easily shot down or
destroyed if targeted.
We've also coincided the release of the Precursor Ship with One Monk Miniatures' Precursor Greys Basic Troop set. Pick up both sets and let the invasion begin!
