D&D 3E/3.5 errata to move psiHB into 3.5?

Hey all, I was wondering if there have been any errata for converting the Psionics Handbook to 3.5. I ask this specifically because of hustle, which grants the user an extra partial action on her next round. Since partial actions no longer exist in 3.5, I was going to have it give her a standard action instead.

I ask because I was looking at the 'psionic circuitry' thing on the Wizards website, and I'm thinking a Relay tied to three tattoos of hustle may be somewhat broken, especially at the low low cost of 75 gp per use. It's the haste issue all over again, albeit much shorter duration.

Round 1: tap relay.
Round 2: manifest two powers.
Round 3: manifest two powers.
Round 4: manifest two powers.

Is this fair? Has hustle been errata'd anywhere? I was considering changing it to be be 3.5 haste, but only for the user.

There isn't any 3.5 update for Psionics yet...its coming in the Expanded Psionics Handbook due out early next year.

I don't recall whether Hustle is mentioned or not, but there are many good ideas in the thread to make psionics fit the 3.5 rules better.
