Apparently, in an effort to maintain balance between the classes, in light of the recent change to Magic Missile, other classes will receive similar "auto-damage" features/options:

You look down your nose at your enemy, rendering your god’s judgment upon the battle.
At-Will • Divine, Implement, Radiant
Standard Action • Ranged 10
Target: One creature
Effect: 2 radiant damage, and one ally adjacent to the target gains a bonus to their next d20 roll before the end of your next turn equal to your Charisma modifier.
Level 11: Increase radiant damage to 3.
Level 21: Increase radiant damage to 5.
Special: If the implement used with this power has an enhancement bonus, add that bonus to the damage. In addition, you can use this power as a ranged basic attack.

You flex your muscles and brandish your weapon in a stunning display of glistening sinew and steel.

Special: If you are wielding a light blade you may add your sneak attack damage as a bonus to the damage. In addition, if you are wielding a light blade that has an enhancement bonus, add that bonus to the damage whether or not you add sneak attack damage. Also, you may use this power as a melee basic attack.
