Examples of sundering eyestalks from MM (1-3)?

Hi all;

I'm just stating up a giant hermit crab and wanted players to be able to make "called shot" style sunder attacks against its eye-stalks; are their any precedents for this in any of the published Monster Manuals or creature books? If so a page ref would be grand - if not, how about some ideas on how to run this?

I never had a chance to look at them in detail, but I believe there are some for the Roper, Hydra and Beholder. See thier descriptions.

I believe they are handled as sundering a weapon.
