Just wanted to pass along this excellent tool I use located at:
http://rptools.net/doku.php?id=tokentool:intro
I'm always hearing people gripe about how 4th ed. is so miniature-orientated, when there's this easy program that lets you make custom tokens to represent your heroes or monsters. And it is easy. It's seriously just drag & drop, and then dragging the thumbnail.
The correct dimensions for a 1x1 by the way are:
68x68 pixels
2x2:
136x136 pixels
And just keep adding +68 for each dimension afterward (ex: 3x3 = 204 pixels)
I've also got an entire token and map set that i custom made for KoTS if there's any interest. Hell I might just post it anyway if I get bored
