Favorite conversion you did? Worst conversion you did?

I converted the Desert of Desolation series to GURPS. I made it a little to deadly at first and had to tone it down.

I love that series and WotC MUST revise it... or I will!

Half of it I revised on the fly as we played and the characters went way out of the sandbox.

I've been running a classic modules campaign for 3x and converted:

Return to the Keep on the Borderlands
Scourge of the Slavelords
Ravenloft
Against the Giants
Descent to the Depths/Vault of the Drow

I'm particularly happy with how the A4 - Dungeon of the Slavelords part of Scourge of the Slavelords turned out. Being able to assign ability damage to the spellcasters' main casting stats was a perfect solution for gimping them back to their lowest levels of spells.

I've been running a classic modules campaign for 3x.

When 3.0 first came out, I had just moved to CA and met up with a DM who converted 1st ed mods to 3.0. It was bruuuuutal, but a really fun campaign. I had never really played the classics until he ran those. The other motivation of him converting the old mods to new ones was that I was buying all the major new 3.0 mods and reading them so he couldn't run those.
