Feat to allow faster movement in Med/Heavy armor?

Isn't there a feat that would allow a human fighter to move faster in Medium armor, if not heavy armor as well? I know dwarves have that as a racial feature, and I think some PrCs allow it as well.

However, is there an actual feat. I'm pretty sure there is, but I'm drawing a blank.

It's a class ability of the Knight. In Pathfinder, it's a fighter class feature. For 3.5... maybe there's a feat in AEG's Mercenaries?

I can't find a feat off the top of my head, but the Tooth of Savnok (ToM, p. 79) can do this, for 2000gp.

Probably not what you are looking for but Speed of Thought will let you move 25% faster in Medium or Light armor, *if* you have a PSP pool via Wild / Hidden Talent or as a class feature.
