ZEITGEIST Flint's genius loci

In my game, I have a spirit medium who will be entering the Urban Empath Prestige Class. Although class abilities provide the power to commune with specific structures, I think it would be fun to have a cohesive spirit that underlies each urban area. So the question is, what characteristics does Flint's genius loci have? Are they an energetic young adult optimistic for the future? Has the smoke of Flint withered its young spirit to an elder, pessimistic for the future and saddened for their children abandoning tradition? All ideas are welcome. If it's relevant, my party are in the middle of Book 5.

Would it be worth creating a separate loci for each district of Flint? Since each district has a more distinctive and straightforward character than the city overall, it may be easier to come up with a clear and compelling spirit-character.

Might be better to skip a long conversation with the genius loci of the Nettles then.
