D&D 5E For honor. How would you do it?

What options would you allow in a campaign inspired by the video game "For Honor"?

races, human only, maybe create some additional rule for each culture.

So far I'm thinking:
Barbarian (frenzy only; maybe allow battlerager)
Fighter (battlemaster, banneret, champion)
Monk (open hand only)
Rogue (thief, assassin, mastermind, swashbuckler)

not sure if I should add also some UA options (spell-less ranger, scouts, etc).

Have not played, but I understand that Stances are a thing in For Honor, correct? If that is the case, I would probably want all homebrew classes, with varying skills dependent on weapons being used. This is probably best represented by Fighting styles, except they activate when the prerequisites for them are met (limit 1 "Stance" active at a time.) So, a Fighter could have both the Defense fighting style, and one of the weapon based fighting styles, but Barbarian would only be able to have the Weapon based ones.

Fighter (chose defense fighting style) pulls out a Sword and shield. This activates the "Dueling stance" .

Barbarian pulls out Axe, this activates the "Great Weapon" Stance.

If this doesn't actually work with how For Honor plays, apologies for the unhelpful response.
