Fun with Multiclassing

Cain (Heroes Die): Rogue, with monk training when it is available.

Waylander: Rogue with maybe some Ranger training.

Hawk & Fisher: Rogue (maybe with Fighter training, though that could have been retrained out depending on how some feats look) Their fighting style is synergistic, which is modeled well by flanking and sneak attack damage, both fight dirty and without armor. But Fisher's sword is a Longsword and Hawk uses an Axe.

Personally, I believe Fafhrd works best as a fighter with Warrior of the Wild to represent his survival training and his skill with the bow. He's clearly also trained in Stealth (and maybe thievery as well). On the other hand, I could make a pretty good case for him as a ranger with the toughness feat and either Student of the Sword or Student of Battle...

Nah, Fafhrd needs to multi with bard to represent his training as a skald before he left his tribe (which should cover stealth and thievery). He's got Skill Training (Nature) to cover his survival skills.

First Post
The Wizzard Rincewind: Rogue, and whatever gives him more movement
The Luggage: Fighter, Soldier of Faith (its faith being in consumption and clean laundry)

Mustrum Ridcully could probably do better!

There seem to be special multiclassing feats that allow Rincewind to exchange most of his attack powers with utility powers that improve his "get into and out of trouble".

Mustrum Ridcully - Wizard, possibly multiclassed with Ranger (likes to go hunting with his crossbow).
