ABOUT THE A/B GAME SYSTEM
The Chronicles of Ramlar, Revised Edition fantasy role-playing game presents the improved and expanded A/B System (“Armor/Body”), usable with any fantasy campaign. The game engine features:
• Critically acclaimed Demeanor/Theme system that reinforces and rewards character goals; character advancement is not hand-waved but through roleplaying
• Innovative Momentum mechanic to encourage teamwork and swing the tides of battle
• Freeform Expertise to express a character’s unique qualities, skills, and concept however you like; perform “stunts” to dramatically stretch the boundaries of your expertise
• Streamlined combat; “tactics” are products of your narratives rather than hardcore number-crunching
• Imagine and create your own devastating combat maneuvers, not chosen from a pre-designed menu
