Goblins! project: Basic Pencils

While working on the text part of Fantasy Fiends: Goblins!, I took a moment to begin the pencil roughs of a few critters; the Piker, the Singer, and the Heart. The Piker will act like a skirmisher, darting in and out of combat. The Singer will be a spellcaster-type and the Heart is a straight grunt. The ecology helps to drive the names and I will reveal more later...

I'm loving these already. The heads look a little strange though - more demonic or kobold-like than I'm used to. Is this intentional? Just wondering.....

The heads will change

I was just mentioning to Mark Clover that the heads will change. I was more interested in poses first. All the other stuff is secondary.
