Hag covey spell-like abilities casting time

I am about to run the enounter with the hag covey in one of the SCAP adventures.
According to the srd, hag coveys may use a number of spell-like abilities (such as bestow curse and forcecage) and
"To use one of these abilities (which requires a full-round action), all three hags must be within 10 feet of one another, and all must participate."

Does this mean that the spell will go off the round the action is taken (like a sorceror casting a spell with metamagic) or the following round (like a summon monster spell)? Obviously the latter possibility makes these abilities easier to disrupt.

I believe that the spells will go off the round the hags cast it, but I want to make sure.
