Edited for clarity:

I'm looking for a playable half-ogre. Has anyone played around with this possible race? Thanks.

Off the top of my head. Do note, I tried very hard not to make them obviously hack and smash characters; hence the half-oni fluff/feat. It's difficult to make a race that, under most circumstance, be entirely melee (fighter, barbarian, etc...) oriented since you don't want it to be the obvious choice when picking that class every time. It's probably not at all what you were looking for, but it's balanced (or even underpowered maybe) :).

HALF-OGRE

Racial Traits

Average Height: 6’4” - 7'9"
Average Weight: 250 - 320 lbs.

Ability Scores: +2 Str or +2 Cha, +2 Con
Size: Medium
Speed: 6 squares
Vision: Low-light

Languages: Common, Giant
Skill Bonuses: +2 Athletics, +2 Endurance
Large Frame: Half-ogres deal 1d6 + Str damage with unarmed attacks.
Berserk: Half-ogres gain +1 to attacks and damage when bloodied. If wielding a heavy weapon, two-handed weapon, or casting a spell, increase the damage bonus to +2.

Predatory Instincts
Half-ogre Racial Power

Encounter ^ Special
Minor Action, Personal
Effect: Until the end of your next turn, you do not grant combat advantage to anything.
Sustain Minor: You can sustain this for a number of rounds equal to your Con modifier.

Half-ogre related feats

Large Frame
Heroic
Prerequisite: Half-ogre
Benefit: You have reach 2 with any two-handed weapon you wield (so a half-ogre with a polearm has reach 3).

Half-oni
Heroic
Prerequisite: Half-ogre, 13 Cha
Benefit: You count as a warlock when meeting prerequisites and can use the Warlock's Curse class feature once per encounter.

Play a Half-ogre if...
* you want to be feared for your dangerous heritage.
* you want to catch enemies off guard with unexpected displays of power either physical and supernatural.
* you want to play a Fighter, Warlock, or Warlord.

Half-ogres are a fel-bred race. The name can be deceptive, though, because half-ogres are not only the progeny of Ogres, but also Oni. Only the skilled eye can really tell the difference between the two, which is why it's often too late when an enemy realizes they charged the wrong foe.
